I have a Bachelor's in Social Science with a minor in history and a Master's of Education in Curriculum and Instruction. I am also a licensed Resident Educator in the State of Ohio to teach grades 7-12 in Integrated Social Studies. I have spent the past year teaching High School students US History, Government, and Economics. I also spent seven years in the US Army and had the opportunity to travel all over the world!

I find that if students feel they are listened to and heard, this allows them to feel encouraged. When they begin to understand that learning can be fun, the whole process becomes exciting and joyful. We are all curious and like to learn.
