Varsity Tutors can help you get started with professional Denver CPA Exam prep. Whether you studied at the University of Detroit Mercy, Wayne State University, or another area university, you can benefit from reviewing what you learned before you take the exam. Professional Detroit CPA Exam preparation can also help you fill gaps in your knowledge.
What should I know before taking the CPA Exam?
The CPA Exam must be passed as part of the process of acquiring a license in the United States to work as a Certified Public Accountant. You must get at least a 75 percent score on all four sections of the test. Each section will have a time limit of four hours. You must take and pass all of them within an 18-month period. Each section will have multiple-choice questions and a few task-based simulations. You will also be presented with three Writing Communication tasks.
What are the benefits of Detroit CPA Exam prep?
There are two kinds of CPA Exam preparation that you can take. You can sign up for a CPA Exam prep course, or you can sign up for private mentoring.
When you sign up for one of our virtual classes, you will be able to attend class from anywhere you like as long as you have a working internet connection. You will be able to interact with your instructor and the other students just as if you were in the same room together.
Taking a Detroit CPA Exam prep class can give you the opportunity to exchange ideas with other students. You can ask questions for the instructor and other students to answer. You can also answer questions posed by other students. When explaining a difficult concept to a fellow student, you may find that you will gain new insights into the topic yourself.
Online classes offer you the ultimate in convenience. You can save time and avoid commuting through the busy Detroit traffic. You can also save money by signing up for a course since you will share the cost of your instructor with all of your classmates. Our Live Learning Platform has tools that you can use to enhance your studies, such as a virtual whiteboard and video chat.
Another option is signing up for private lessons with a Detroit CPA Exam tutor. Studying with a private mentor can allow you to work at your own pace. You can take all the time you need to ask your questions and go over difficult concepts.
A private mentor can help you work towards your specific goals. For example, you might already understand topics that are covered on the Auditing and Attestation section of the CPA Exam but not the topics that are covered on the Financial Accounting and Reporting section. Your private educational instructor can focus on the sections for which you need more help preparing. They can also recommend books and resources that you can find online or at your local library to aid you in your preparation.
A private mentor can work with you to help you set achievable goals. Studying with someone who you enjoy spending time with can help increase your motivation to learn. Studying with a private mentor is a great way to supplement your in-school learning so that you can keep up with the pace of your class. It is also a great way to keep your skills sharp during your school breaks so that you are prepared when school starts again.
A private mentor can give you continuous feedback as you progress in your studies. They can try different approaches and techniques until they find the learning style that fits you best.
You can meet your private tutor online, using our Live Learning Platform. Interacting with your instructor is easy when using our video chat and our virtual whiteboard. If you feel that in-person instruction would help you better, we can arrange a meeting for you at your home or at another convenient location.

I admire truth and transparency.
