I performed my undergraduate studies at Georgian Court University and earned a BA in psychology with a minor in chemistry. I later went on to attend the New Pathways to Teaching Program through New Jersey City University and completed stage one. I earned my teaching certificate in Elementary Education K-8 as well as Middle School Science. The second stage will be completed upon my securing a full time teaching position. I have experience substitute teaching all grade levels from pre K through grade 12. I mainly enjoy teaching science and reading but am comfortable teaching math as well. I have always loved science and when I was a child I always wanted to be an astronaut! I believe all students can learn and should be given the best possible opportunity to learn in the manner which is best suited to them. I can develop a plan to accommodate a wide variety of students and tailor it to their individual needs.
