Certified Tutor

I graduated with Honors from the University of South Florida with majors in Biology and Spanish. In addition to my majors, I wrote an extensive Honors Thesis with title Conventional and Complementary Alternative Medicinal Approaches In the Treatment of Fibromyalgia. As I worked full-time during my full-time college career, tutors and study groups were an important part of my college success. That is why I am a stern believer that for a struggling student nothing is more helpful than a focused study session where details and concepts can be discussed and clarified. While I can be of help to students in a few subjects my favorites are Spanish, biology and algebra.
I am very excited to be part of the Varsity Tutors team and my personal goal is to help students gain confidence and most importantly understanding of the subjects they need help with.
