Certified Tutor

I received my Bachelor's Degree in mathematics from Temple University, Philadelphia, PA. I then joined the New York City Teaching Fellows Program and have earned my Master's of Science in Education from St. John's University, Queens, NY.

I have worked tutoring middle school students in Mathematics. Mathematics is my favorite subject to tutor because I enjoy developing new ways for students to learn. My teaching philosophy is that all children should be taught in ways that complement their individual learning styles. Therefore, as I tutor, I will continue to utilize multiple teaching styles in order to help all children to grasp the various topics.
