Certified Tutor

I'm a tri-lingual lover of adventure and travel. Having grown up speaking several languages, I am excited to share my knowledge of culture and language with students that are eager to learn. The past few years of my life have been spent studying, traveling, and exploring interests; currently I'm working as an apprentice on an organic vegetable farm just north of Kansas City, MO.

I have had several teaching/tutoring positions, with a wide variety of ages. During my year abroad in Germany, I taught children's English at two elementary schools in Wiesbaden, Germany. During this time I also offered private English lessons to two high school students and a woman who worked at one of the elementary schools in town. During my last year and a half at Truman State University, I tutored German students in small groups; this primarily consisted of elementary and intermediate level students. I also worked as a German Teacher's Assistant during my final semester, assisting a German professor with grading of coursework and exams.
