What is your teaching philosophy?
My teaching philosophy is that all students are able to learn if given the proper tools, resources, and guidance. It is my job, as an educator, to provide students with the tools to be successful.
What might you do in a typical first session with a student?
In a first secession, I would introduce myself and ask the student to do the same. I would then move on to asking what is it that the student is having difficulty with and what ways do they feel they learn best. I would also like to know what subjects they have been successful with in order to build on the strengths of the student.
