My first experience with tutoring and mentoring students was working at the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) while an undergraduate student at Knox College. During my time at the CTL, I helped students in the subject areas of biochemistry, biology, and chemistry. The experience at Knox trained me on how to effectively communicate with students so that they can succeed in their coursework!
