Through my experiences tutoring and as a children's librarian, I have learned that inside each of us is a different kind of learner waiting to be nurtured in his or her own specific way. Although my degrees are in History, I have a passion for learning in all subjects (I changed my major 4 times throughout my college career!). I am most comfortable teaching English and Grammar at all levels and K-10 Mathematics; however, I am also available to help motivate and organize students in a way that best motivates him or her. In past tutoring relationships, I have employed the use of games and songs to help learners retain the information at hand. I've even been known to write a song or two if it helps! I cannot wait to connect with you and help you on your journey to success!
