I have Master of Arts degrees in English and Education from Minnesota State University. I am a licensed public school educator, and have taught and tutored students in grades K-college for 20+ years in English, ESL, state exam test prep, ACT, SAT, Advanced Placement, and GRE test preparation. I like to provide students a lot of step-by-step, hands-on practice, to help them build confidence in their ability to achieve academic success.
Outside of academia, I'm a competitive long-distance runner and enjoy spending time with my wonderful family and friends.
