Certified Tutor

I received my B.A. degree from Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois and my M.A. degree from California State University in Fresno, Ca.
I have tutored primary, middle school,
high school and post secondary students as well as students in adult
education classes.
I enjoy the language arts. My favorite subject to teach is English. I like teaching basic English writing skills and academic writing. Also, I have tutored students in core subjects such as social studies, science, and literature.
I adjust my tutoring to the learning style of the tutee. I teach learning strategies that enhance the potential
learning of the students I tutor.
My interests are listening to music and playing music on my instruments.
I also enjoy dancing, hiking, and swimming. I adore animals and volunteer at a pet adoption agency in Tucson, Az.
