I am a recent doctoral graduate in theology from Boston University (2019) with a passion for teaching, researching, and higher education. I seek to employ this passion by contributing my academic, organizational, and creative gifts for the betterment of my students, colleagues, and communities. I bring a diverse range of skills from my many experiences in teaching, researching, volunteering, tutoring, administrating, mentoring, and studying. Additionally, I am particularly adept in the use of various technology and am very comfortable working in environments that require such proficiency. I am also an avid drummer and enjoy designing manuscripts and fonts and volunteering at my church in my free time. My academic specialties include the thought and theology of John Wesley and Thomas Aquinas, contemporary Wesleyan theology and ethics, Methodist history and doctrine, comparative Methodist-Catholic dialogue, and Western philosophy. I moved from Boston to Raleigh, NC, in July 2019.
