Hello! My name is Courtney Moomaw. I studied Elementary/Middle Level Math Education at Elizabethtown College and have my Bachelor's degree in the subject. I also have my Master's degree in Technology for Online Instruction from Slippery Rock University. I spent 3 years as a middle school math teacher and am currently a stay-at-home mom raising my little girl, Hayley.

I fell in love with math in high school in my Algebra 2 classroom. Math is like a puzzle to me and I love working hard to solve whatever problem I face. Math is also very straight-forward; there's only a right or a wrong answer. I love that it is so precise; most things in life are not that cut and dry!

My hobbies include spending time at the beach, reading, and hanging with my family. If I'm not at home in PA, I'm usually in Rehoboth Beach, DE where my family has a camper.

My goal is to help you cultivate a love of math and to build your skills so you can become an independent and strong learner! I look forward to working with you!
