As an experienced educator, my greatest joy is helping students understand the material and, more importantly, get excited about learning.
I've been teaching for several years, mostly in English, and also have tutored and worked in various educational environments.
I hold a bachelor of science degree in broadcast journalism from Syracuse University, and a master of education degree in curriculum and instruction - secondary school English from George Mason University.
As an educator, I believe in incorporating lessons on mutual respect, diversity, and citizenship along with the ELA content. These skills put together place students in a great position for their journey to a lifetime of learning.
