I love to teach because I love to learn. Every time I meet someone better than me at something I do, I study everything about them to improve. In real estate, I always 'taught', never 'sold' my clients. I taught them to make wise choices, I taught my team why our work is important, I taught our support affiliates why our clients come first. As a Certified Negotiations Expert, I teach priorities, that's how we negotiate. Words are our tools in all we do. It's the song of the heart that communicates through words. I teach you to use them wisely, beautifully, and persuasively.
I have a Bachelor's degree from UCLA, am a real estate instructor, a real estate and mortgage broker, a writer and public speaker and I offer private intuitive life coaching sessions. It's always the same lesson, only the vehicle changes; the end result is the same, empowerment through knowledge. I help people be and have the best for themselves.
I was born and raised in Romania; I speak Romanian, German, Spanish, as we also enjoy a second home in Mexico. English is my primary language. Two years ago I've returned to school and am over half way through my Master's in Consciousness studies and I'm starting the Holmes Institute school of Spiritual Leadership this spring.
My favorite subject to teach is my student's own full potential. That can come out in real estate, essay writing, English as a second language (it's how I learned English at the age of 12), in the form of creative writing or academic essay. I believe there are no mistakes, only new opportunities to improve, and no failures, only life's teachers along the way.
I believe in the full tapestry of life and in the interconnectedness of all things. Connecting with people, fully secure in what you know, be that in real estate, social science, communication, or technology, will make you a leader of many.
