I am a graduate from Columbia University. I received my Bachelor of Arts in English. I am also a Petty Officer 1st Class in the United States Navy.
I am mostly passionate about teaching literature, reading comprehension, writing, and essay proofreading and editing. I am also fluent in Spanish and take great pride in helping others comprehend a foreign language. I believe education is a key foundation towards building an improved quality of life and I aim to instill that value in my students.
In my spare time, you can catch me with my nose in the latest biography or nonfiction book. Economics and personal finance are also big passion projects of mine. I enjoy writing my own pieces and sharing it with those willing to engage in spirited discussion.
Outside of academia, I am a huge boxing fan, physical fitness addict, and love spending quality time with friends.
