I like to see teaching as an opportunity to learn twice. You realize that you know something when you make the effort of explaining to others what you think is clear in your mind; so is the opportunity for you to find strategies, be creative, use social skills and imagination to achieve your goal, also you affirm that you already know the subject and is good in your mind.
I have been working for more than 7 years as a science teacher with different age groups; I really enjoy nature, and in my teaching lessons I encourage others to understand how natures work and why it's important that we learn about it.
As far as my academic training is concerned, I am a biological engineer by profession but a teacher by vocation, I discovered that I like teaching and I enjoy discovering creative things while I am making the effort to explain and search for different strategies according to the person who I am speaking with, and above all that I like to show others how wonderful and surprising nature can be from the point of view of science and in everyday life. In this context, I can teach all subjects related to Science (chemistry, physics, biology, and some math-related), but definitely, my favorite subject is biology. As for hobbies, I like to visit natural and cultural places, watch tv-series and movies, read and share time with my family and friends, like to dance and I am always trying to learn something new.
