Certified Tutor

I have eight years of experience teaching ESL to students at three foreign language schools in Greece and private tutoring. I have been a virtual teacher for Chinese students online for the past five years. I have also been teaching kids and adults Greek online for the past three years. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Specialized Honors Psychology, a college diploma in General Arts and Science along with a TESOL/TESL/TEFL certification. In addition, I have tutored many students in Computers, Psychology, Sociology and English during my college and university studies. I also have served as a peer mentor in both college and university.
I enjoy teaching students and enhancing their growth and learning process. My diverse education and tutoring experience have provided me with the necessary skills to be able to teach ESL students.
I believe that my expertise, education love and passion for teaching has helped me empower every student to learn the necessary English skills which will aid them in their future and become successful in their lives. I feel that my positive attitude, love, and enthusiasm for teaching are valuable characteristics which will enable me to succeed in teaching ESL with your company. I believe an effective teacher must provide and maintain a positive attitude, be patient and provide each student with a warm and inviting environment where students can grow and learn. As a teacher, I will aim to create a supportive and dynamic atmosphere that addresses the learning styles of each student and encourage them to participate. I am committed to help students reach their full potential!
