With over 10 years of active 911 EMS experience, I am lucky enough to be considered a mentor in the field in my own area, and strive to improve the industry as a whole. I believe that medicine is not complicated, it is just complex, and sometimes requires one to view it in a different way, to improve ones knowledge. Currently, the EMS system is in disrepair, and the only thing we as providers can do to improve the system is to improve our own skillsets; a value I hold close to my own heart.

I am not against admitting when I do not know something, and am willing to put in the effort to find correct answers. These are the things I tell my own students, that create good providers. I have been training others for most of my career, and I have a passion for finding a path for each individuals style of learning, as I think that any level of training is obtainable with the right approach.
