Certified Tutor

I am in my final year of undergraduate studies at University of Toronto double majoring in Mathematics and Statistics. I have been tutoring for 3-4 years now - I started it in grade 12. I was a senior math scholar where I helped students in grades 9-12 succeed in all their math and stats courses. Then in university, I went to tutor first and second year students with their courses. Teaching has always been my passion because helping students understand and see the beauty in mathematics and statistics is a wholesome feeling to me. I believe that guiding students in a way where they are able to answer their own questions is important because that not only helps them with their current courses but also makes them confident learners in whatever they do in the future. In my spare time, I enjoy playing tennis, singing classical music and researching about random things I want to know about.
