I am a graduate of Hillsdale College with a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy/Religion and a minor in French. Currently, I am working toward my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I taught sixth grade for three years, and although I taught all subjects, I most enjoyed teaching English/Language Arts. I am passionate about helping struggling students find their confidence in academics and discover their potential through learning. Outside of tutoring and teaching, I enjoy reading, baking, and playing the piano.

I am an avid baker, always excited to try something new! I also like to read a variety of genres from historical fiction to mystery to a range of nonfiction subjects. I am not much of a traveler, but if I could go anywhere, I will always choose the mountains.
