I am a highly qualified and accomplished professional with over 15+ years of experience within Education and 5+ years in non-profit; Program Management and an Educational Consultant. Over the past several years, I have served as the Program Manager for AARP Foundation Experience Corps; a national award-winning volunteer program that empowers people over 50 to serve as tutors to help students become better readers by the end of third grade. In my previous years I served as a Professional Development Academic and Literacy Coach across the entire school district providing job-embedded and on- going professional development for teachers, staff, and administration on how to use data and strategies to enhance instructional practice and district wide initiatives. I have also had the the privilege to serve as an online course facilitator for Harvard Graduate School of Education's WIDE World interactive online course, "Putting Data Wise into Action."
When I'm not working, I love traveling, reading, dancing, cooking, and taking long walks outside and snuggling with my loving yorkie-poodle.
