Hi everyone! My name is Chrissie and I am a tutor in all things creative and digital.
I have a degree in Typography and Graphic Communication, 2 years industry experience and over 4 years teaching experience in Graphic Design and a few other areas as well.
I am incredibly passionate about sharing my knowledge with others and helping you to learn new skills that can take you to new career opportunities or simply allow you to explore more creative avenues in your free time.
Previous students often comment on my organisation, clear concise instructions, and my ability to make every lesson engaging and unique. No long boring lectures from me!
My main area of expertise is obviously Graphic Design. I can help with all things Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign as well as being able to guide you in using simpler software's to create stunning pieces of design. Being creative should always be something enjoyable and I am here to show you that!
As well as my tutoring in Design I am also very experienced in using a variety of other computer software and digital programmes. I am happy to assist with using Microsoft packages including PowerPoint, Word, and the basics of Excel. I have even taught learners how to create websites using both Wix and WordPress.
As well as helping you to develop new skills I am also a huge advocate for finding new ways to work more efficiently. I am a great believer in working smarter and not harder. Therefore, I am always there to provide support during your studies as well as helping you to maintain a healthy working balance and not allowing work to become a strain on your life.
