I am delighted to have this opportunity to introduce myself and share my passion for tutoring and helping students succeed. My name is Maciel DeJesus, and I am an experienced Spanish teacher with a strong dedication to supporting students in their language learning journey. For the past 11 years, I have had the privilege of teaching Spanish to students of all levels. I find immense joy in witnessing my students grow in their language skills and develop a deep appreciation for the Spanish language and culture. As a Spanish teacher, my goal is not only to help students grasp the grammatical and linguistic aspects of the language but also to instill a genuine love for Spanish that goes beyond the classroom.

I received my education at Rowan University, where I pursued a Bachelor's degree in Law and Justice, with a minor in Spanish. This unique combination of legal studies and language education has given me a well-rounded perspective on education and a diverse set of skills to offer my students. In December 2022, I further expanded my knowledge by graduating from Kingsland University as a Full Stack Developer, allowing me to integrate technology into my teaching and provide a comprehensive learning experience. I am proud to offer tutoring services in all levels of Spanish, as well as specialized guidance for the AP Language and Culture exam. Spanish is a subject that holds a special place in my heart, and I am deeply passionate about helping students develop their language proficiency and cultural understanding. The AP exam opens doors to higher education and cultural exploration, and I am dedicated to supporting my students in achieving their goals.
