I am passionate about music theory, psychology, math, and the English portion of the SAT. I have experience tutoring all of these subjects and have seen positive results from my students.
I believe that patience is key when teaching. Not everyone's brain works the same as mine! I try to look at problems through the eyes of the student to fully understand where the miscommunication may stem from. Mutual respect and empathy between both student and tutor is what I try to encourage during each meeting.
