I am very happy with our experience so far with Varsity Tutors. They matched my daughter with reading specialist Mary and she is wonderful! My 10 year old daughter feels happy after her sessions and believes her tutor has already helped her.

Certified Tutor

Honored to have the opportunity to work with Varsity Tutors as a current third-year M.D. candidate at the St. George's University School of Medicine. I attained my human biology (B.Sc) degree from the University of California San Diego (UCSD) in 2018 and was blessed with innumerable opportunities to explore passions in STEM ranging from physiology, anatomy, biology, biochemistry, organic chemistry/chemistry, and physics. It is nearly unquestionable that the difficulties in any subject-matter within STEM arise from inevitable and yet fathomable constraints in prose, communication, or even teaching style. My philosophy is that there is always a way to achieve a far greater connection, a more lasting and permanent relationship, with any specific material that is at hand, but it is up to us in full throttle to tackle and combat such challenges passionately to find a high substance middle-ground in perceiving and applying the concepts correctly. Oftentimes we get overwhelmed, which while understandable leads to far less appreciation and comprehension of what these solutions and steps might be during problem-solving. My chief aim is to vanish those downsides entirely during our sessions and instead garner the strength, support, and various worldviews regarding these highly recurring themes that lead to an improved incorporation of the material in real life, within the student's course, and naturally, beyond. I am thrilled to have this chance to work with Varsity Tutors, and to help fuel you along this journey in order to transform thinking patterns and thereafter find rejuvenation and meaning to every small but powerful moment of success, step-by-step and with a stroke of more seamless euphoria amidst the odds. Thank you for reading, no matter what step of your journey or wherever in this world you are blessed to work and create new vessels of success through, and please always feel free to reach out via any means. Whether you relate with aspirations to become a future physician or any other related career in STEM, I will always be around to proudly represent Varsity Tutors and create new avenues during the times we can connect!

Hobbies

I love to read, write, and appreciate nature on warm days via jogging, hiking, and spiritual cleansing. Yoga and tai-chi have always been great means to relieve stress. I am actively trying to learn German and have been a Biology and Arabic tutor for over ten years. Occasionally I also give soccer and tennis a go! If you really know me well, you'll catch me at a local Barnes and Noble drinking Starbs as a true enthusiast and taking intense notes on my First AID USMLE book! :)
