Certified Tutor

As a passionate tutor currently pursuing my degree at York University in Canada and holding a WAEC certificate, I bring three years of experience teaching students from elementary through high school. I have successfully helped learners improve their performance in Mathematics (including Algebra, Geometry, Pre-Algebra, and Grade 910 Math), English (reading comprehension, writing, and grammar), History, Social Studies, and African/African-American History.
My teaching philosophy emphasizes patience, encouragement, and interactive learning, using real-world examples to make complex concepts easy to understand. I also focus on handling student pressure by making classes more fun and engaging, helping students feel at ease and enjoy the process of learning. Since I am also a student, I understand the struggles they face, which allows me to connect with them better and create a supportive, motivating environment. My goal is to inspire lasting curiosity and a love for learning across all subjects I teach, while helping each student reach their full potential.
