Hi, I'm Elle! I've spent near a decade in hospitals on various units such as Surgical/Trauma, Telemetry, ER, ICU, Psych, Labor and Delivery/OR. I have spent time in leadership roles as well as participated in quality and risk management boards. I bring the best years of my nursing career to students who could benefit from my experience- maybe that's you?!

I specialize in helping nursing students, the future RN's/LPN's and test-takers facing the NCLEX, or the TEAS (and a few more.) My students exceed their own goals, surpass their own expectations and 100% thus far have passed their exams! After you pass, I offer my assistance to you in creating a resume and prepare you for your interview.

My sessions are individualized, calm and always supportive. I blend evidence-based teaching, humor, and simple language to help you actually understand the topics so you never have to memorize concepts again- yes, even pharmacology. I do not just drill facts, rather I teach how to think like a nurse, how to break down complex questions, and how to use real clinical logic to dominate the test.

MED MATH, PHARM, ABGs, CARDIO, FLUID AND ELECTROLYTES. I turn tough topics like those, into learned and imprinted rather than memorized and forgotten. Also, I share moments with real-life connections and help ya with clever tricks!
