Certified Tutor

Hi. My pronouns are they/them. I got my Spanish Bachelor's degree with a minor in Applied Linguistics at the University of Central Florida (UCF). I also received certificates in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) and Spanish Translation and Interpretation. At UCF, I worked with international college-age students and facilitated cross-cultural conversations by discussing my culture, American culture, and the students' cultures.

I want to continue tutoring students on diverse subjects so that they will have a better understanding of the world around them. These subjects include Adult ESL/ELL, ESL/ELL, English, Spelling Bee, and TEFL. I love to tutor TEFL and spelling bee because spelling was important to me growing up and I want students from all around the world to understand different cultures and different kinds of people. As a tutor my teaching philosophy is "Address and assess your learners' needs" and my tutoring style is hands-on and visual.

As for myself, my main interests include food, movies, music, travel, anime, LGBTQ+, cats, cute things, makeup, and Disney. My favorite hobbies are karaoke, learning different languages, playing Just Dance, visiting Disney World, watching Anime, watching Movies, listening to Music, and playing with My Cat
