I am deeply passionate about helping students because I believe in the power of education to transform lives. Watching a child gain confidence in their abilities and discover their own unique way of learning is incredibly fulfilling. Since 2022, I've had the privilege of coaching fourth-grade cheerleading, which has given me firsthand experience working closely with children and supporting their growth both inside and outside of practice or games.
I graduated from the Fairfield City Schools District and am currently pursuing my undergraduate degree in Primary Education at Miami University. My academic journey, paired with my hands-on experiences, has fueled my dedication to nurturing young learners. So far, I have earned my high school diploma and am actively working toward my degree in education.
I specialize in tutoring elementary math, which is also my favorite subject to teach. I love that math offers multiple ways to approach a problem, and I enjoy helping students find the method that makes the most sense for them. While math is often seen as difficult or dull, I take pride in making it exciting and accessible through creative and engaging approaches.
My teaching philosophy centers around adaptability, patience, and positive reinforcement. I've taken psychology courses at Miami University, which have deepened my understanding of diverse learning styles. I aim to create a learning environment where students feel supported and empowered. I'm interactive, encouraging, and always ready to adjust my approach to meet a child's individual needs. My goal is to ensure learning never feels like a chore, but rather an exciting journey.
Outside of academics, I'm an active member of Miami University's dance team and continue to coach cheerleading. Dancing, coaching, and even singing bring me joy, and I love channeling that energy into everything I do with students.

Undergraduate Degree: Miami University-Middletown - Bachelor of Education, Elementary School Teaching
I've loved singing for as long as I can remember. I was involved in Fairfield’s show choirs for four years and also participated in varsity cheerleading during high school. As I transitioned into college, I discovered a passion for dance. In addition to the arts, I’ve always had a strong interest in math—especially multiplication and division. I often help my 9-year-old sisters improve their math skills, which has deepened my love for teaching and sharing what I know. I also love working with children and take pride in encouraging them to believe in themselves and pursue anything they put their minds to.
