I am skilled in social-emotional learning and take a student-centered approach to meet the individual needs and goals of every student. I am experienced in tutoring English at all levels, from English Language Learners to professionals looking to improve their writing skills. I have tutored K-12 students in reading, writing, and literacy skills and have taught English to students in China via an online platform. I recently spent two years managing an afterschool program where I assisted students in increasing their achievement rates in English Language Arts. My mission is for you to leave every session feeling more confident in your abilities, and have fun in the process!

When I am not teaching, I am studying Korean and Spanish, working toward my Master's of Education in Advanced Teaching, and spending time with my two dogs, Milo and Jackson. Some of my favorite ways to pass the time include making coffee, boxing, watching Netflix, and cooking.
