In my spare time, I review movies and TV shows, travel frequently, and practice martial arts.

I am a writer and editor with a B.A. in English from Pomona College. I mostly enjoy tutoring English, but math and science come easily to me as well. I love helping students get the most from their education. That moment when the material finally connects is everything. Outside of academia, I enjoy making music, reading, and working on my novel.

I've always loved helping people, even my friends when we were in the same classes. It brings me a lot of satisfaction when I help a student feel more confident in what they are learning. It is so rewarding when I am able to relieve the stigma of certain subjects, especially math, in order for a student to perform well. I hope my work with different students is able to promote the importance of education!

I'm a college junior majoring in Creative Writing and Comparative Literature at Emory University. I've worked as a student assistant at the Benjamin Franklin Academy in French and English, and I have ample experience helping students one-on-one or in small groups.
