Certified Tutor
I trained as a Basic EMT in 2018, before became an Advanced EMT in 2020. Since I began my journey in Emergency Medicine, I have served as a peer tutor, and obtained national certification as an EMS educator to further my passion of teaching Emergency Medicine.
I believe that learning happens best through conversation, and that an exploration of a topic through examples and open discussion is critical for understanding. In medicine especially, it is crucial to be honest about knowledge gaps or weaknesses, and I strive to foster a supportive and welcoming environment for all my students.
