Certified Tutor
I am a tutor well versed in drawing/painting courses for all ages involving people, animals, illustration, landscapes, etc. I also have experience tutoring English, reading, writing, literature, test prep (ACT and SAT), art history, and studio art classes of all kinds. I hold a BFA in Studio Art and a minor in Literature. I am passionate about helping students of all ages, because two minds are better than one! I know together we can accomplish your goals! I have tutored many literature/writing/reading students from pre-k to college level. I have many years of experience with tutoring Special Needs individuals as well. I believe teaching to be a joint effort between student and tutor. I will make sure to address the students' needs and understand what they desire to accomplish in our sessions. I will work with the knowledge they have, and each session we will expand that knowledge more and more together! I can't wait for us to get started!
