Hi! I am a 2022 graduate from The College of Wooster with a Bachelors of Arts in History and a minor in Chinese language. I have taken a variety of different History classes and would be interested in tutoring any level of History. I have also been taking Chinese courses since 6th grade through College and I have a real passion for Mandarin. I also tested very well on the ACT (32) and well on the SAT (1370) . I have great tips and study methods to prepare and work efficiently on the test. I also have experience tutoring elementary school and middle school students on any subject and I use hands on, self written lesson plans to make your students learning experience as engaging, and fun as possible to maximize their interest on a topic. I am also a chess tutor, I have a peak rating of 1600 ELO on lichess.com, a very popular online chess site and around 3 years of playing during my college years. I was Vice-President and President of my colleges chess club and would love to share my passion for the game through a range of curated puzzles, chess theory books, and teaching opening theory.
