The LSAT is the most commonly taken law school admissions exam. The test was designed to assess your academic abilities in some of the key skills that are required for success in the law school learning environment. The test plays a large role in the admissions process and individuals who do well on the LSAT may have a better chance of getting into the law school they're most interested in attending. Going to a higher-ranked law school may increase your chances of getting the job you'd like to have after graduating. That's why it's important to have a strong test preparation plan in place before you get ready to take this exam. Varsity Tutors can help you create your own ideal study plan with LSAT courses or tutoring options to choose from.
Here's an example of the types of questions you'll encounter while taking the LSAT:
A company employee generates a series of five-digit product codes in accordance with the following rules:
The codes use the digits 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4, and no others.
Each digit occurs exactly once in any code.
The second digit has a value exactly twice that of the first digit.
The value of the third digit is less than the value of the fifth digit.
- If the last digit of an acceptable product code is 1, it must be true that the:
- first digit is 2
- second digit is 0
- third digit is 3
- fourth digit is 4
- fourth digit is 0

I tutor the LSAT because I know it's a hard test and I know what it's like to struggle with it. However I also understand the process necessary to produce better scores, and nothing is more satisfying to me than helping someone achieve what seemed impossible a few months ago.... Your score is a product of so many factors--your understanding of the material, your speed, even how accurately you bubble answers--but in the end it all comes down to whether you studied the test from every angle and put in the time necessary to get the results you want.
