I probably enjoy teaching and tutoring high school students in biology, chemistry, and college students in anatomy and physiology the most as they are my most comfortable subjects currently. But I am willing to branch out into test prep and other new areas as well. My teaching styles vary based on the number of students and types of students. For example, the facilitator, of the five types of teachers styles, promotes self-learning and self-actualization. This style in my opinion can only be done with the most intelligent and self-motivated students. I prefer hybrid or blended style for most students -- such as blending my personality and interests with the student's needs. In larger settings like lecture halls, I use the authority or lecture style, due to the inability to do one on one instruction truly and practically.

I have always had a passion for knowledge which has lead me to graduate with honor from the Michigan State University's Honors College with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology and spend the past two years working on a Master of Science degree in Evolution, Ecology and Organismal Biology at the Ohio State University.
