I am a graduate of University of Texas at Arlington. I received my Bachelor of Science in Biological Chemistry with a minor in Biology.When I was an undergraduate, I found myself doing well in math classes and biochemistry. I also helped classmates that had trouble with those subjects. So, I decided to help more others by working as a Supplemental Instruction Leader. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all philosophy. I think every student needs to find a learning style that works best for them. With this philosophy in mind, I taught my students to figure out their strengths and weaknesses when it came to their own learning and abilities. Once they find out their learning styles, students know how to approach the materials in a way that works best for them. These approaches helped students learn better in multiple subjects. I enjoy Bullet Journaling and camping.

I am a recent PhD graduate from the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA), where I also received my Bachelor of Science in Physics. I studied the physics of solid matter as it pertains to materials for solar energy applications. Throughout my program, as well as my undergraduate career, I had a tendency to form and lead study groups, which helped me instill the subject matter of my courses through teaching and debate, and ensured my academic success. During my undergraduate career, I worked at the Physics Clinic, where I tutored technical physics 1 & 2. During my graduate career, I thought modern physics and electronics labs, worked as a math and physics tutor at the local community college, taught SAT math for a non-profit organization, and gave private lessons in math, physics, and programming to both high school and college students. There is not one subject that I enjoy tutoring over others, as I am equally interested in all things. I practice patience and utmost respect with all my clients and strive to motivate, encourage, and support each student on their path to higher education. I am flexible in my teaching and quickly tailor my approach to the unique needs of my students. Outside of academia, I play music, read foreign books, study foreign languages, cook, and exercise.

I am very experienced and fluent in mathematics and science subjects. I have currently finished my studies as an Aerospace Engineering at the University of Texas at Arlington. My experience comes from study groups at school, and having several students help each other on any area of any subject. Particularly, I've learned to pick up when someone actually knows the subject and when they don't as well. If there are any doubts/misconceptions on any area, I can easily clarify them with real life examples that can help the development of the learning process.
