I really enjoy helping students of all types and backgrounds with their education. I have had the pleasure of teaching students both young and older and being able to help them in areas where they may struggle. I have my doctoral degree in business, I also have my PMP certification and TOEFL certification to work with students who seek to learn English. My undergraduate degree is in Accounting and my Master degree is also in business. I currently teach business classes for Morgan State University and I teach English classes at Chesapeake Community College. Students have different capabilities, as well as different ways they learn. I try to reach each student where they are and help them the best way that I can.

Further, I have been the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of three organizations - from small to medium to Fortune 10 corporations. My favorites subjects to tutor are professional IT certifications in which I bring my vast industry experience to bear on the academic side of concepts. I love to integrate hands-on virtual lab activities in my sessions as I believe that students learn better with "doing" which helps them to understand theoretical concepts.

I am a recent MBA graduate, born and raised in Colombia, South America. I started tutoring while getting my undergraduate degree at the University of Maryland and did it for 2 and half years. I used to tutor Spanish, of course, and Math, my favorite subject ever since I was little.
