My personal teaching philosophy in Nursing education and leadership, is that of complete transformational empowerment. Even in the face of our current global Covid posture, I am elated to be able to still lend my expertise, in a remote fashion. I have obtained two Associates in Science degrees; one in Graphic Design and the other in Interactive Design. I studied at the University of North Florida and Valencia College. I have always been passionate about other languages and cultures, and so I decided to participate in a study abroad experience in Germany through UNF. I started learning German about two years ago, continued to study the language through college, and eventually lived in Germany for almost a year altogether. I reached fluency within 3 months, to the point where I was able to understand and communicate in German quite effectively, and continued to build upon that in the months after. I have experience helping people through the language learning process. Outside of school, I enjoy going out with friends and playing my guitar.
