I have been a TA in Saudi Arabia for about 2 years. The Saudi government has given me a full scholarship to pursue my education. Currently, I am in the master's program, Applied and computational mathematics at Rochester Institute of Technology, NY.Young students often think that math is an extra subject in high school or in non-math major, so they do not pay much attention. Eventually, they realize that math is almost in every college's programs. Some students prefer one-to-one teaching style, so they start looking for tutors. I felt the same thing when I was young. That is why I want to help students to overcome their obstacles in math subjects. I do not want students to be frustrated in science subjects because of the math parts.Mathematics is the brain exercise. You need to practice what you learn in order to maintain and build your levels in math. I will give you the tools that you need to do that. Always remember; what makes you expert is the amount of time for practice.

I'm a third year illustration BFA student, enthusiastic about making art accessible to people of all ages and skill levels, and prepare prospective artists for the academic environment. I try to take a student guided approach to teaching. No one can teach all of art, so my goal is to help you (or your student) decide where you want to improve and then provide the knowledge, resources, and motivation to do that. I have more than a decade of academic training in visual arts, with an emphasis on figure drawing, and extensive experience in most media. I'm also passionate and proficient in digital media, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Clip Studio Paint.
My mission is to help you increase your Chemistry grades by taking you step by step through the chemistry concepts and problems.

I am a Mechanical Engineering graduate who graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a 3.7. GPA.I especially enjoy College and University Physics, but I also excel at all maths Calc 1 - 3 and differential equations as well as all other engineering related topics. I was very thorough in school and am aware of your struggles as a student.I get very much satisfaction out of teaching students about these topics and working through their problems with them.I'm friendly and I want you to succeed.
I am a graduate from Rochester Institute of Technology with a master's in Game Design and Development. My passions lie in everything related to games and mathematics. In the past, I have tutored various subjects in mathematics throughout high school and college, including but not limited to Algebra, Algebra II, Trigonometry, Calculus, Discrete Mathematics, Mathematics of Graphical Simulation, and Linear Algebra. As for technology, I am more than happy to reach out for help in Web Development (HTML, CSS, Javascript) or C# programming. I believe that every person can learn any topic. While every individual has different tastes, strengths, and weaknesses, there is no such thing as an "incapability" to know a subject. Education often possesses a guise of anti-fun, but I can promise you that all topics can be engaging, and I am willing to show you how engaging mathematics and technology can be. As a Game Designer, I have a deep interest in both playing games and making games. This includes games of all kinds: video games, board games, tabletop role-playing games, trading card games, miniatures, and even some sports like tennis or ping pong. Games act as a fantastic teaching tool. They teach by design without users recognizing. It is always a satisfying moment when somebody says "I learned that word from Magic" or "D&D taught me that." Remember: you can succeed. If something is important to you, then it's always worthwhile.

I graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology Physician Assistant Program in 2012 with a bachelor's degree in science and a minor in Psychology. After graduating, I moved to Boston, where I worked as a Physician Assistant in the Cardiac Surgery Unit at Massachusetts General Hospital. Medicine is an amazing profession, but my favorite part of the job was when I got the opportunity to be an educator. Whether it was patients trying to understand what was happening to their bodies, prospective students seeing if the field of medicine was for them, medical students working on their clinical rotations, or new hires learning the ropes, getting the chance to sit down with people and share my knowledge and love of the material was consistently the highlight of my day. I've always had an aptitude for math and science and have been unofficially tutoring my peers since middle school. I believe that if you present any subject matter in a functional way that focuses on developing a strong understanding of the core concepts, you can make even the most complicated material accessible and applicable without the need for hours spent on rote memorization. This method has proven to instill a deep working knowledge of the material in students of all ages that will stay with them long after they pass the test. In my spare time I'm a comedian who enjoys both comedy improvisation and stand up, and I'm also a life-long gamer always on the hunt for that next great puzzle to solve!

My goal has been to become an educator for over a decade now. I was inspired at a young age by educators in my favorite grade school subject throughout High School. Ever since, Ive wanted to leave marks of inspiration in other people. However, this is not my only objective.Ive seen fellow students struggle in the subject of Mathematics and as my experiences and awareness grew it seemed to me that the great teacher, the one who is able to communicate with a variety of people, were in short supply. My perspective on subjects allows me to view things in a variety of ways allowing me to create different methods of explaining the same problem. This skill helps me to find the most efficient descriptions of processes based on the student. Different people need different explanations for the same material. This has been proven time and time again from my helping with Calculus as a teacher's assistant to Statistics; as a teacher at the college level, to helping children learn fractions. My wish is to help students build a confidence through what they know and discover that they know more than they give themselves credit for.
